Sketch Your Space takes interior design projects across all 38 districts of Tamil Nadu. For every other district — Dindigul, Karur, Namakkal, Theni, Sivaganga, Ramanathapuram, Virudhunagar, Pudukkottai, Cuddalore, Kancheepuram, Tiruvannamalai, Viluppuram and the rest — we quote and execute from the nearest of those city teams.

Design and material rates are the same across Tamil Nadu. What varies is site supervision and logistics: for locations more than roughly 150 km from a city team we add a mobilisation line to the quote covering travel and site accommodation for the execution crew. It is shown as its own line item rather than hidden inside the material rate, so you can see exactly what distance is costing you.

The process is identical — free site measurement, space plan, 3D views, line-item BOQ, then execution. What changes is rhythm. We concentrate site visits into fewer, longer trips instead of dropping in weekly, pre-fabricate carpentry at our facility so on-site work is assembly rather than fabrication, and run a shared photo tracker so you can see daily progress without us being physically present.

Substantially. On the coast — Chennai, Thoothukudi, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari and the ECR belt — we specify SS-304 hardware and BWP marine-grade plywood throughout, because standard hardware corrodes within two or three seasons in salt air. In the dry western districts around Coimbatore, Erode, Salem and Tiruppur, PU, lacquer and veneer finishes perform excellently and more of the budget goes into visible quality. In the Cauvery delta, high groundwater means rising damp, so we test wall moisture before fixing carpentry to any external wall.

Our studio and material library are in Teynampet, Chennai. We execute across the state with our own project teams rather than handing work to local subcontractors, which is what lets us hold the same specification, the same line-item pricing and the same ten-year carpentry warranty everywhere. For locations within about 150 km of a city team there is no practical minimum — a single modular kitchen is fine. Further out, mobilising a crew for a very small scope stops making sense for either side, so we generally look for a full-room scope or above.
